1. HOW DO I PAY?

You can pay by credit card when purchasing products through My Practical Support Online Shop. We choose to use Stripe encryption to keep your credit card details safe. Your credit card details are never stored by My Practical Support. A transaction fee is applicable.

You can purchase My Practical Support Product online using Stripe encryption to keep your credit card details safe. You also have the option to use your PayPal account.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

If you want to pay using your credit card, you still earn your applicable reward points so you don’t miss out on anything. Payment is only debited from your card at time of purchasing a product or purchasing a service.

3. PRODUCT AND SERVICE PAYMENTS

If you are a claimant under a My Practical Support insurance policy and have been issued with a customised My Practical Support reloadable prepaid payment card, you may use the card at the My Practical Support Shop, or at selected retailers.

TASKERS RELEASE OF PAYMENT

When the task has been completed the Tasker is required to request payment by selecting the "Job Completed" button on the task page. An invoice will be raised from the Tasker and both of you will get notification. You will be prompted to release payment to the Tasker by selecting the ‘Pay Tasker’ button. You can manage your alerts under your profile's settings to include APP notifications that the Tasker has requested payment. This helps you to keep on top of task payments and allows you to release payments with ease.

TASKERS

Your Tasker (regardless of your relationship with your chosen Tasker (Provider)) must confirm the job has been completed for payment to be made by you using your My Practical Support dashboard. This record of payment will need to match the invoices raised at the time of confirmation by your Tasker. A record of this invoice for work completed will be recorded on your My Practical Support member section and on your Taskers dashboard. To ensure you are not out of pocket, it is essential that your Tasker confirms each job has been completed. The My Practical Support system will automatically raise an invoice and give you notice that payment authority has been granted.

AUTHORISED RETAILERS

My Practical Support has selected Retailers that are authorised to accept payment from your My Practical Support Payment Card. You can find this list in your member’s area. Certain participating retailers may have a poster and payment sticker at their counter.
